
1. The motor cannot start
Cause analysis: The power supply is not connected and the voltage is too low.
Solution: According to the requirements of the manual, the power supply must be turned on, and the relevant contacts can be reset when the voltage is normal.
2. Abnormal operation of the motor
Cause analysis: Due to the excessive load of the refrigerator, the rated power of the motor is exceeded, causing the compressor to not run or run significantly slower, and the motor makes a buzzing sound. At this time, the power supply should be turned off immediately for inspection.
Solution: Check whether the three-phase power supply voltage is normal.
3. Water pressure alarm shutdown
Cause analysis: The cooling water pressure of the water condenser is lower than the set value of the water pressure relay, and the compressor automatically shuts down.
Solution: Eliminate the alarm, check the water pipe, restore the water pressure to normal, and restart the compressor.
4. Oil pressure differential alarm shutdown
Cause analysis: (1) Poor oil return, resulting in insufficient oil level in the compressor crankcase, and the oil pump cannot absorb oil (2) Dirty oil causes the oil pump filter to be blocked (3) Oil pressure differential relay failure
Solution: (1) Replace with a new oil separator (2) Change oil and clean the oil filter (3) Replace with a new oil pressure differential relay
5. High pressure alarm shutdown
Cause analysis: (1) Too much refrigerant, high exhaust pressure (2) High cooling water temperature, insufficient flow or scaling of the water condenser (3) Leakage in the low-pressure section of the refrigeration pipeline, sucking in air (4) The high-pressure exhaust valve is not fully opened or damaged, resulting in poor exhaust
Solution: (1) Release some refrigerant (2) Use cooling water temperature and flow that meet the requirements; clean the water condenser (3) Check for leaks in the refrigeration pipeline (4) Open the high-pressure exhaust valve fully or replace with a new valve
6. Motor thermal protection shutdown
Cause analysis: Insufficient system return air volume, the motor is not fully cooled.
Solution: (1) Adjust the expansion valve, increase the circulation volume of the system, and fully cool the motor (2) Check whether the liquid supply pipeline is blocked (liquid supply stop valve, dry filter, solenoid valve, filter before the expansion valve). If blocked, solve it (3) Check whether the return air pipeline and the compressor's suction filter are blocked. If blocked, repair it (4) Check whether there is a lack of refrigerant. If there is a lack of refrigerant, refrigerant needs to be added.
7. Condenser performance deteriorates.
Cause analysis: (1) The condenser is not defrosted thoroughly, resulting in poor heat transfer performance (2) The product loading exceeds the set value. (3) The product sublimation heat is too large and sublimation is too fast.
Solution: (1) Defrost thoroughly and drain the water cleanly (2) Do not exceed the maximum water capture capacity (3) Slow down the heating speed.
8. Insufficient or no cooling capacity.
Cause analysis: (1) The expansion valve is opened too much (the temperature of the shelf or water vapor condenser cannot drop to the set value, and the compressor is severely frosted) (2) The expansion valve is opened too little (the temperature cannot drop at this time, but the compressor temperature is very high, there is no frost on the suction valve, and the suction pressure and the temperature corresponding to the shelf or water vapor condenser are much lower than the temperature of the shelf or water vapor condenser) (3) The refrigeration system is blocked (such as filter blockage, valve not open, solenoid valve failure, expansion valve blockage, etc.) (4) Insufficient refrigerant filling (at this time, the temperature cannot drop, and the suction pressure is low, and there is no frost on the suction valve) (5) The paper pad on the upper part of the compressor valve plate or the lower part of the cylinder is punctured or broken, or the compressor suction and exhaust valve plates are broken
