How to choose the suitable freeze dryer lyophilizer?

1. Laboratory Freeze Dryer: Suitable for lab research, capacity is small.

2. Pilot Freeze Dryer: In-situ freeze dryer with medium size capacity.

3. Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer: It is gland type, suitable for vial bottled materials. CIP and SIP function is optional.

4. Food Freeze Dryer: Suitable for freeze dried food production, independent chamber for pre-freezing and freeze drying, with large capacity.

5. Industrial Freeze Dryer: Suitable for bulk material, wide application industry.

Firstly, please confirm what material freeze drying, and then choose the suitable one according to capacity.

How long does it take to freeze dry per batch?

Normally it takes 20-24hours to complete the whole freeze-drying cycles. Different materials and quantity will affect the whole time.

How to install the freeze dryer?

Assembled machine is packed well when shipping, you can use it directly after simple connecting. English manual and installation video are provided for reference.

What warranty is provided for freeze dryer?

Warranty is 1year.

All parts are provided for free if has quality problem during warranty. Only parts charged if out of warranty or human damaged. Technical support service is free for lifetime.

How to maintenance freeze dryer?

Freeze dryer is no need to maintenance frequently. However, all freeze dryer comes with vacuum pump, which requires maintenance, mainly adding and draining vacuum pump oil, it is very simple to operate.

• By Air: Suitable for urgent order. More safe and fast.
• By Express: Such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS...Customs clearance included and sent to door, very convenient.
